2. Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • The service was not delivered due to an issue on our side.
  • You were charged incorrectly.

Refunds are generally not available after a coaching session, consultation, digital program, or service has already been delivered.

Digital products, downloadable materials, guides, templates, and online resources are non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless required by applicable law.
